Each hub is a login (ID + password) and a location with an open/closed state. New orders are routed to the nearest open hub within 40 km by distance (Google Maps); beyond that the area is out of service.

Role-based access control

Add, remove and edit the services customers see. Set each one's photo, discount % and whether it's active. Changes go live in the app on Save.

Each rider is a login (ID + password) stationed at a hub. New orders routed to a hub are auto-assigned to the least-busy rider on duty there. Riders go online/offline from the rider app.

Customers' tips are collected by Varivo and owed 100% to the rider. Pay a rider their Left balance (UPI/cash), then mark it reimbursed — the rider sees it in their app. Click a rider to see every tip.

For pay after delivery orders the rider confirms at the door whether the customer paid in cash or by UPI. Cash then moves rider → hub → you: the hub marks what each rider handed in, sends it on to you, and you confirm each deposit when it arrives. A rider can also hand cash straight to you.

Mark each one Received once the cash reaches you. If it never arrived, mark it Not received: it goes back to the hub's balance for them to send again.

The rider sees the same numbers in their app. Click a rider to see every order and where its cash is now.

Every piece gets a cloth ID when the order is booked: the order ID + a piece number, e.g. AS7363220001042-03. Enter an order ID or a cloth ID.

Every customer, by Customer ID (their phone number). Tap a row for their packages, addresses and orders. You can change packages and cancel orders there.

Every package customers own and what's left on it. Changes here reach the customer's app the next time they open it. The Customer ID is the customer's phone number.

For a customer who paid offline, a goodwill gift or a correction. Adds to a package they already own.

Goes to every customer with the Varivo app (offers are always on in the app). They arrive as a separate "Offers & promotions" notification, so anyone who mutes offers in their phone settings still gets order updates.

Tapped: phones that opened Varivo by tapping the offer. Opened app: phones that opened Varivo within 24 hours of the offer, tapped or not. Each phone counts once. Only phones on the latest Varivo app are counted.

Customer ratings for delivered orders — item quality and the delivery rider. Hide a rating to exclude it from the public averages, or delete it.
