Each hub is a login (ID + password) and a location with an open/closed state. New orders are routed to the nearest open hub within 40 km by distance (Google Maps); beyond that the area is out of service.

Riders & auto-assignment

Each rider is a login (ID + password) stationed at a hub. New orders routed to a hub are auto-assigned to the least-busy rider on duty there. Riders go online/offline from the rider app.
