These terms govern your use of the Varivo app, website and services. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Varivo provides on-demand laundry and dry-cleaning with pickup and delivery in Guwahati. Services and prices are shown in the app and may change from time to time.

2. Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your account and device secure and for the orders placed from your account.

3. Orders, pricing & payment

• Prices are per garment/service as shown at the time of ordering; delivery may be free above a stated order value, otherwise a delivery fee applies.
• The final piece count and amount are confirmed after items are counted at our hub.
• Subscription packages (e.g. the Student Package) are subject to the limits shown in the app.
• Payment is collected through our payment partner using the method you choose.

4. Pickup, care & delivery

• Please remove valuables and check pockets before handover; declare delicate, branded or special-care items so we can handle them appropriately.
• We take reasonable care of every garment and photograph items at pickup, but some items carry inherent risks (colour bleed, shrinkage, pre-existing wear) beyond our control.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic or operational reasons.

5. Prohibited items

Do not include hazardous, illegal, or non-launderable items. We may refuse or return such items.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for loss of or damage to an item is limited as set out in our Refund Policy. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel before pickup at no charge. After pickup or once processing has begun, charges may apply. See the Refund Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to use Varivo lawfully, to provide accurate information, and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always available here. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Guwahati, Assam.
